Cancellation Policy

For private lessons, you will not be charged if you contact contact@toranomon-ls.com up to 1 business day before your lesson. Please book a new private lesson. For group lessons, if you contact contact@toranomon-ls.com up to 24 hours before your lesson, the lesson will be counted as a class attendance and will use one membership ticket. We will send you a video of the class. Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to the lesson will be counted as a class attendance and will use one membership ticket.
